In general, the hotel was clean. Everything was good, and the breakfast was good hot with a broad selection-including complimentary Prosecco. The room I stayed in was well-designed with a very comfortable bed. The service was impeccable during my stay. Great and fantastic location to attractions like Charles Bridge, that was next to the venue.
Some of the staff were poor.

The service was exceptional, including an easy check-in. There were compact & new-fashioned rooms with fluffy robes as well as bathroom. The breakfast was nice hot with freshly squeezed orange juice and hot options, and the restaurant's offer was local. The atmosphere created was quiet.

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 2 nights, though everything was good. The breakfast was incredible and satisfactory with freshly squeezed orange juice and youghurts, for example and the ambience was quiet! The service was impeccable with an easy check-in. We could park nearby.

thank you very much, would book again. hotel is luxurious, with incredible breakfast, and location is strategic near to restaurants and bars, charles bridge and many restaurants and shops and the major sights in prague. the building is very lovely and the rooms are a nice size. it has nice interior design and breathtaking view. staff is delightfully helpful and caring and you can park your car nearby. all in all they offer exceptional service. in fact, there is fast internet.

The location was ideal, just 5 min walk from Charles Bridge. The hotel itself was in a fairly quiet area, adjacent to the local attractions, shops, bars and restaurants, the Klementin and Charles Bridge or Old Town Square.
